Premier Support

Premier Support is a subscription you can add to any CodeSmith Generator license. While it's active, you get:

• Free upgrades to new versions of Generator.
• Priority access to the CodeSmith development team for your support issues, with priority over standard support.

Without an active Premier Support subscription, you keep the version you received when you bought Generator, and you pay for upgrades.

When you can buy it

• Every Generator license includes 30 days of Premier Support.
• Renew within those 30 days to keep coverage with no catch-up costs. If you buy Premier Support later, an additional fee applies on top of the Premier Support price.
• You can also pay for support per incident.

Premier Support is sold by the year. Before your subscription expires, CodeSmith sends a renewal reminder. When you renew, the new year is added to the end of your current expiration date.

Where to buy it

• New orders: add Premier Support to your cart when you add Generator in the online store.
• Existing licenses: enter your Generator license key on the Premier Support renewal form.
