Changing CodeSmith Generator

To add or remove installed CodeSmith Generator features:

1. Start setup in one of these ways:

   • In Control Panel, go to Programs > Uninstall a program, select CodeSmith Generator, and click Change. You can also right-click CodeSmith Generator and select Change.
   • Run the original Generator installer again. If you no longer have it, download it from the downloads page. For a previous version, contact us.

2. On the Change, repair, or remove installation page, click Change.

3. On the Custom Setup page, click the icon to the left of each feature you want to change and pick an option:

   Option	What it means
   Will be installed on local hard drive	Installs the feature.
   Entire feature will be installed on local hard drive	Installs the feature and all of its sub-features.
   Feature will be installed when required	Installs the feature the first time you do something that needs it.
   Entire feature will be unavailable	Doesn't install, or removes, the feature.

4. Click Next and finish setup.

The Custom Setup page also has these buttons:

Button	What it does
Reset	Resets all features to their default settings.
Disk Usage	Shows the space available on your drives.
Back	Returns to the start page.
Next	Continues with the changes you've made.
Cancel	Cancels setup and closes the window.
