Q: What is Premier Support?
A: Premier Support entitles you to the following:
  • Free product enhancement updates.
  • Access to technical support help from the CodeSmith support staff with a guaranteed response time of 2 business days.
  • Guaranteed free upgrade to the next major version of CodeSmith.
  • Ability to renew the support subscription.
Our policy is that you must have a Premier Support subscription for all your users in order to get the benefits.
Q: Is my license key eligible for a free upgrade?
A: All CodeSmith Professional licenses purchased on or after June 18th, 2008 are eligible for a free upgrade to the equivalent CodeSmith 5.x version
Q: Can I use CodeSmith on more than one computer?
A: CodeSmith is licensed per developer and allows for installation on up to 3 computers for use by that developer. If you need to use CodeSmith on more than 3 computers, contact sales, tell us your scenerio, and we will be happy to increase your license.
Q: Can I use a company purchase order?
A: Yes. Purchase orders can be used as a payment method for orders totaling $250 or more. Purchase orders are subject to approval and will be reviewed by the sales team once your order has been submitted.
