Unlike other systems, CodeSmith Insight makes it amazingly simple to prioritize your cases. It even goes so far as to allow your users to prioritize them for you. When using the Insight Client for windows applications, users have access to a dialog that allows them to search existing cases and find cases similar to what they wanting to report. If they find a similar case, they can then select it, add any details or comments they wish, and then submit a vote for that case.

Voting for these existing similar cases, instead of creating duplicates, helps keep your system clean and organized as well as prioritized. By prioritizing the feedback, CodeSmith Insight shapes a view of what your users want or need the most. This empowers you to focus your efforts in the correct direction; no complex user studies, no disruptive surveys or polls, just clear concise, timely feedback.
