Notifications

CodeSmith Insight offers you the option to subscribe for email notifications regarding case updates. You can subscribe for notifications on a case by case basis, or for an entire project.

If you are subscribed to a case, then anytime an update is made to that case by anyone other than yourself, you will receive an email with the change log of that update. This log will contain details about what fields were update, who update them, and when. Notification also include changes that originate from outside of the system, such as when an incoming email is received.
